Springboard job search coaching provides a structured strategy and professional guidance to help job seekers reset, refine, and relaunch their careers with clarity and confidence.
For Canadian Institutions
In partnership with institutions, CareerMind manage work experience placements, including practicum and co-op programs, delivering structured, high-quality experiential learning.

Founded in Vancouver, BC, CareerMind was created by a career services professional with over 20 years of experience helping individuals build and advance careers in Canada.
We understand the challenges professionals face when entering or progressing in the workforce. Our purpose is to help you turn your skills and experience into rewarding careers, while giving you the confidence, guidance, and networks needed to succeed in Canada and beyond.
Where We Work
Our office is located at Northeastern University, Vancouver Campus, on the 2nd Floor, 410 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada.
- In-person: Monday & Tuesday at the Northeastern Vancouver campus.
- Remote support: Wednesday–Friday, online consultations available.
